This nice shortboard was a donation to the Hope from Helen Auction in December of 2007. This is a wonderful event held every year for the past 3 years where the money raised is donated to various charities which Helen Butler approved of before her passing after battling cancer. The owner got it at a great price. The painting on the deck was donated by fellow friend Steve Calfee who also took the pics. This is the first board to bear the new '65' Logo and the 'BYRD design' signature laminate.
